San Diego Zoo

We went to the San Diego Zoo on the last day. It was very nice. In addition to the animals they have lots of plants/trees and it almost felt like a rain forest. It reminded us of hiking here. We did have a fun time. The mexican food was great as were the margeritas. Sorry we did not take any people pictures.

Seal at La Jolla & Old Town

Hacienda at Old Town. The first settlement in San Diego.
Church in Old Town.

Sea Lions playing off La Jolla Coast. They were also 'talking"

After Mission Beach we drove up the coast a bit to La Jolla. The coast became rocky and there were sea lions playing & talking. We visitied Old Town the next day. It was an old historic town were San Diego was first setttled. A bit down the street were shops and restaurants, mostly Mexican. We at Mexicacn for the third time that day. San Diego Mexican is really not spicy.
